This recognised corporate and commercial UK law firm is seeking an Infrastructure Solicitor to join its busy practice in either Glasgow, Edinburgh or Aberdeen. The team advises clients on commercial contracts and regulatory matters related to infrastructure. You will be involved in transactional matters, providing commercial insights within the context of M&A and financing transactions.
The firm is keen to hear from candidates at the NQ to 3 years’ PQE level. Ideally, applicants should have experience in energy law, infrastructure, and contracts law. While relevant experience is preferred, the firm is eager to hear from motivated candidates who are passionate about advancing their careers in this type of work and area of the law.
