A dynamic and fast-growing legal practice in Scotland is currently recruiting Insurance Litigation Solicitors to join its busy practice, with positions available in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including matters such as counter-fraud, personal injury, motor claims, credit hire, and recoveries.

The ideal candidate will have between NQ-5 years’ PQE, with previous experience in third-party claims handling and/or insured loss recovery work. The ability to handle litigated claims from start to finish is preferred but not essential, as in-house advocacy support is available. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a target-driven mindset are key attributes for success in this role.

This is a full-time position within a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing opportunities for progression and exposure to complex legal matters. Candidates will work closely with recognised specialists in personal injury law, gaining valuable experience while contributing to the firm’s continued success. Should this role be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Steph or Teddie for an initial, confidential discussion. (Assignment 16761)
