Our client, a well-established offshore law firm, is currently recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join its thriving team in Jersey, providing specialist trust, foundation, and related corporate law services.
This position offers the opportunity to support partners and work alongside other associates while taking principal responsibility for matters including estate planning and wills advice (applications for grants of probate and Letters of Administration), regulatory advice, and advice on employee incentive structures. The successful candidate will engage extensively in direct client contact, supervise junior team members, and actively participate in the identification and implementation of new business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years’ PQE with a UK, Jersey, or Commonwealth legal qualification and experience in private client, related corporate, and regulatory matters. A knowledge of or a desire to learn about Jersey offshore law, strong technical ability, and experience in business development are highly desirable.
