This global business is currently recruiting Solicitors to join its Commercial Contracts Team. This role is providing an in-house function to an in-house retailer. You will be involved in a range of complex work which will include commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing agreements and third-party supplier arrangements.
To be considered for this position you should have between 3-5 years’ PQE or 5 years’+ PQE and have commercial contracts experience, as well as technology and intellectual property experience, particularly in the media context. This role can be based in Glasgow or can be fully remote with hybrid working also on offer. The firm is open to hearing from candidates who wish to work full-time and part-time (4 day week).
