Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its growing Property and Construction team. You will join a market leading team and will deliver proactive, commercially focused advice with in-depth experience across a full spectrum of businesses from start-ups to listed companies.
This is a varied and interesting role where you will advise on a range of construction projects, building and engineering contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and the construction aspects of agreements for lease, development agreements and funding agreements.
To be considered for this position you should be at the NQ – 2 years’ PQE level and have transactional construction experience. A newly qualified solicitor who gained relevant construction experience during their traineeship would also be considered.
