Candidates should be qualified in Scotland or England & Wales, with 1-3 years’ PQE and expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, particularly supporting pension, employer, and financial services clients. Experience in the financial services industry and pensions is preferred, and professional services firm experience is advantageous.

Key responsibilities include developing an understanding of business areas like Actuarial, Defined Contribution Consulting, and Investment; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts; and providing legal support for client-based projects.
