Junior Personal Injury Solicitor – Glasgow

Practice Area: Civil Litigation, Medical Negligence, Personal Injury, RTA

Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Personal Injury Team.  The ideal candidate should be at the NQ – 3 years’ pqe level with relevant experience, if you are an NQ you should have had a litigation traineeship.  Experience and knowledge of the Sheriff court would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a Personal Injury caseload and assist Partners in dealing with more complex cases.
  • Taking Precognitions
  • Drafting of Pleadings
  • Litigating in the Sheriff Court.
  • Conducting Proofs and Procedural Hearings.
  • Negotiating Settlements.
  • Providing training and support to our team of paralegals and case handlers.
