Junior Personal Injury Solicitor - Glasgow

Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Personal Injury Team. The ideal candidate should be at the NQ – 3 years’ pqe level with relevant experience, if you are an NQ you should have had a litigation traineeship. Experience and knowledge of the Sheriff court would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage a Personal Injury caseload and assist Partners in dealing with more complex cases.
Taking Precognitions
Drafting of Pleadings
Litigating in the Sheriff Court.
Conducting Proofs and Procedural Hearings.
Negotiating Settlements.
Providing training and support to our team of paralegals and case handlers.
