We are excited to be working on a new in-house role with our client, a successful organisation in the financial sector. The company is currently seeking a General Counsel/Company Secretary to join its office in South Lanarkshire.

This role primarily will be a mix of general legal work and Company Secretarial duties, depending on the individual’s expertise. The team is eager to speak with senior-level candidates with over 10 years of PQE, ideally with experience in corporate/commercial work, board management, and shareholder relations. Strong leadership skills and a self-starting attitude are essential.

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company that values human decision-making alongside a modern IT platform, setting it apart from most banks. The role will be fully office-based, with a requirement for five days of office presence each week.

The company is open to tailoring the job title to align with the successful candidate’s strengths and experience. If this position could be of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact either Cameron or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 16458)
