Due to major restructuring, this leading law firm specialising in personal injury is currently recruiting for a full-time Accident Team Leader in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple teams, including highly experienced solicitors. You will be responsible for driving outstanding results in a dynamic legal setting, where your expertise and vision will play a key role in shaping the future of personal injury law.

This is your chance to lead by example, with responsibilities including:

  • Driving the performance of several sub-teams, ensuring all teams meet and exceed departmental KPIs and targets.
  • Working closely with the firm’s senior leadership to refine strategies and integrate advanced case management systems with team workflows.
  • Leading and guiding the senior solicitors overseeing the sub-teams.
  • Taking responsibility for compliance, quality control, and client satisfaction, maintaining the highest standards of legal service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and a proven track record of leadership and management experience within a personal injury legal environment. They will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills, enabling them to navigate complex challenges effectively. Additionally, they should have a strong passion for mentoring and empowering teams, helping them reach their full potential.
