Commercial Disputes – Aberdeen (Assignment 17081)

• Handle a diverse range of commercial disputes across multiple sectors, including construction, energy, and IT.
• Provide firm-wide training, contribute to business development, and engage in client meetings, with travel opportunities.
• Requires 3+ years’ PQE, experience in Sheriff Courts and Court of Session, strong drafting skills, and case management expertise. 

Personal Injury – Glasgow (Assignment 17070)

• Manage a caseload involving personal injury, medical negligence, road traffic accidents, and fatal accident inquiries.
• Work primarily in the Court of Session with a highly experienced team, gaining exposure to high-profile cases.
• Suitable for newly qualified to 2 years’ PQE solicitors seeking career growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Complex Properties – Glasgow (Assignment 17025)

• Handle high-profile insurance-related disputes, including subrogated recovery claims and commercial litigation.
• Open to 1–2 years’ PQE candidates, with or without direct experience in insurance litigation, eager to develop expertise.
• Offers a collaborative work environment, career progression opportunities, flexible working, and excellent benefits.

Experienced Personal Injury – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16819)

• Focus on courtroom advocacy without case-holding responsibilities, supporting all aspects of personal injury litigation.
• Requires at least 5 years’ PQE, strong advocacy skills, and experience in consultations, negotiations, and drafting.
• Full-time role with work-life balance, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the firm’s Scottish offices.

Experienced Litigator – Glasgow (Assignment 16797)

• Manage high-value Court of Session cases, including shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and insolvency matters.
• Requires 4+ years’ PQE at Associate or Partner level, with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Offers a hybrid working model with one day from home, emphasizing office presence for collaboration and client engagement.

Family Law & General Civil Litigation – Morayshire (Assignment 16567)

• Handle a diverse caseload of family law and civil litigation, including financial disputes, child custody, and divorce.
• Requires 2–5 years’ PQE, strong litigation background, and expertise in sensitive and complex cases.
• Initially office-based, transitioning to case management software in 2025 for increased flexibility.
