Commercial Litigation Partner – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 16580)

This independent commercial Law Firm in Scotland is currently recruiting for a Partner to join its highly ranked Litigation Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team is involved in managing a diverse range of litigation transactions, including real estate litigation, Court of Session and Sheriff Court litigation, Planning Inquiries, Mediations, Lands Tribunal, and Land Court cases.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and a strong background in commercial litigation, with prior experience in managing cases in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session being highly desirable. This position requires strong business development skills and the ability to build or already possess a solid network of client contacts.

Experienced Litigator – Glasgow (Assignment 16797)

This well-regarded boutique Law Firm is recruiting an experienced litigator to join its expanding Glasgow office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-value Court of Session cases, including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes, and insolvency matters, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor at the Associate or Partner level with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and extensive experience in handling complex commercial disputes. The successful candidate will be expected to manage an existing caseload effectively and contribute to the team’s growth by generating new business opportunities.

This full-time position offers the option to work from home one day per week, with a strong office presence encouraged to support collaboration and strengthen client relationships.

Dispute Resolution – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 15716)

This Glasgow Law Firm is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team on a full-time basis. The purpose of the role is to manage a broad caseload of diverse civil litigation matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a variety of dispute cases including contract disputes, commercial landlord & tenants, professional negligence and property disputes. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in some criminal defence work.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years’ PQE and above with a strong background in general litigation; previous experience of handling highly sensitive and complex matters is desirable. Exposure to the Sheriff Court and/or First Teir Tribunals is desirable.

Litigation Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 16822)

This well-established Law Firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor or Associate to join its award-winning Litigation Team in Edinburgh. The firm is known for handling high-profile Scottish litigation cases and offers a friendly, inclusive, and supportive team environment that values everyone’s expertise and opinions.

The successful candidate will be at NQ-5 PQE level and possess strong litigation experience. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, acting for clients in significant litigation cases, and striving to achieve results while meeting budgetary targets. Personal and departmental KPIs are a key focus, as is collaboration with other internal departments to ensure comprehensive client service.

Personal Injury Lawyer (Claims Team) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16777)

Our client, a leading Law Firm headquartered in Scotland, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial Disputes and Claims Team. Based in Edinburgh, with flexibility to work from Glasgow, the role involves managing a diverse caseload of defence cases, including liability claims and high-value personal injury disputes. The team represents clients across various sectors in both Scottish and English courts.

The role includes supervising junior colleagues, delivering high-quality legal advice, and contributing to client relationship management and business development. The successful candidate will balance a personal caseload with mentoring responsibilities, advocacy work, and proactive engagement in growing their practice and the team. Interested applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with extensive experience in personal injury and strong management skills.

Real Estate Disputes Associate – Edinburgh (Assignment 16240)

We are delighted to be instructed on this new Real Estate Disputes role with our client, a full-service international Law Firm. The team in Edinburgh is currently seeking an associate on a full-time basis.

You will have between 4 and 6 years’ PQE and a strong understanding of real estate litigation along with good commercial experience. You will advise on a variety of real estate disputes, including those relating to dilapidations, landlord and tenant issues, insolvency, and energy. As an associate, you will be expected to contribute to business development initiatives.

You will be able to provide in-depth case analysis and manage substantial disputes under partner supervision. Working directly with clients, you will take instructions to prepare high-quality and concise correspondence. In addition to being a key member of the Scottish team, you will also collaborate with the team across the UK.
