This international Law Firm is seeking a skilled Lawyer to join its Corporate Team in Jersey. The firm is known for its work in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and corporate restructuring, serving sectors like technology, healthcare, real estate, and finance.

The successful candidate will join a busy team recognised as market leaders, with expertise in handling high-profile transactions and providing comprehensive advice across multiple jurisdictions.

You will also play a part in coaching juniors and contributing to the overall growth of the team. The firm is interested in newly qualified Lawyers from a relevant Law Firm environment, and completed at least one seat in a transactional role.
