Fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to joint this award-winning Corporate Team in Glasgow. This is a varied role which involves advising a range of clients on high profile corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Some of your duties will include:

Advising on corporate and commercial matters
Supporting clients in meeting their overall business objectives
Supporting senior colleagues and partners
Data room management

To be considered for this position you will be at the 1-2 years’ PQE level and should have experience of general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity. You should be keen to grow your career in this area.
