NQ Health & Safety Solicitor – Aberdeen - FWA (Frasia Wright Associates)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading law firm, which is currently seeking an ambitious NQ Solicitor to join its busy practice in Aberdeen. The firm represent a wide range of clients, including local authorities and offshore operators.

The role will involve defending Health & Safety prosecutions, representing clients at FAIs, and defending criminal prosecutions related to road traffic fatalities. While some court experience would be beneficial, full training will be provided as this is a specialist position.

A collaborative environment in an open-plan office, where case discussions are encouraged, values strong working relationships within the team and promote collaboration, while also encouraging a high level of ownership over your individual cases.
