Our client, a leading Scottish Law Firm is seeking a newly or recently qualified Solicitor to join its Rural Property Team in Aberdeen. This is an interesting and varied role, involving advising clients on rural property transactions, including the sale and purchase of farms, estates, and forestry, as well as agricultural tenancies, renewable energy developments, and farming partnerships.

The ideal candidate is not required to have rural experience, although it is desirable, as long as they have property law experience. Attention to detail, compliance with regulations, and the ability to manage workloads effectively are essential. The role also involves business development and client relationship management.
