Partnership opportunity – Private Client

Practice Area: Private Client

This well-regarded small practice, in Kirkcaldy, is seeking an experienced Private Client solicitor to join its firm as Partner. In this role you will lead the work on wills, power of attorney, executries and inheritance tax mitigation.  The ideal candidate will be very experienced within this area of the law (at least 7 year’s PQE).  Due the location, interested candidates should have a desire to live/work within the area to continue to grow an already solid business.

 

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career with partnership prospects or entry level Partnership dependent upon experience.  Salary will be very competitive and comparable to large firms.
