Pensions Senior Solicitor/Associate – Glasgow or Edinburgh

This busy Pensions Team is currently recruiting a Solicitor to advise on a wide range of pension matters. You will be responsible for advising a wide range of clients on interesting funding and regulatory matters. Your key duties will include:

Advising pension scheme trustees on a range of issues and projects
Drafting pension scheme documentation
Negotiating and drafting pension provisions for transactional support work transactions
Analysing pension issues, researching the underlying pension law and framing of appropriate client advice
