This innovative law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Planning Team in Edinburgh. You will join a market-leading team who advise a range of high-profile clients. You will have an interesting and varied workload, some of your duties will include:

Acting on a number of planning judicial reviews.
Advising developers.
Advising on major energy developments across Scotland.
Advising a number of local authorities.
Advising on planning appeals for a range of developments including renewable energy schemes, housing and agricultural projects, and undertaking advocacy at hearings and inquiries.

The firm is open to candidates from the NQ level and above, ideally with previous planning experience. Candidates who have projects or non-contentious construction experience would also be considered.
