This dynamic law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its Private Client Practice in Edinburgh. This highly regarded team acts for a range of clients across Scotland and the UK.

The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE who have a genuine enthusiasm for private client work and experience in dealing with challenging and complex issues. You will be involved in all aspects of private client work, including:

Drafting Powers of Attorney and Wills.
Estate planning.
Trust creation and administration.
Tax planning.
Supervising of trainees and paralegals, assisting with workload management,
