• Advise on asset ownership structures, tax planning, and estate planning.
• Draft legal documents related to trusts, governance, and asset protection.
• From NQ level up to 3 years’ PQE. Work independently while collaborating with accountants and wealth planners.

Private Client – Glasgow (Assignment 16059)

• Provide legal guidance on wills, trusts, executries, and estate planning.
• STEP qualification or dual Scots/English qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Open to candidates at all levels with flexibility and a supportive environment.

Private Client – Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh & Stirling (Assignment 14011)

• Handle succession, executries, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and guardianships.
• Seeking solicitors from NQ to 3 years’ PQE and senior solicitors with 6+ years’ PQE.
• Opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team across multiple locations.

Senior Private Client – Glasgow (Assignment 11542)

• Seeking a Private Client Partner or Legal Director with 10+ years’ PQE.
• Opportunity to lead and develop a team in a well-established firm.

• Manage private client matters including wills, powers of attorney, and guardianships.
• Requires 2+ years’ PQE with strong client relationship skills.

• Senior role requiring 8+ years’ PQE in Scottish private client law.
