This well-established law firm is actively seeking a senior level Private Client Solicitor to join its busy practice based in Glasgow. This role presents an opportunity to deliver expert legal advice and representation on a variety of private client matters, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the department.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years’ PQE in Scottish private client law, with specific expertise in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and managing trust and estate administrations. Essential responsibilities encompass managing a diverse caseload, conducting detailed client consultations, offering tailored legal solutions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in private client law. The position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to handling complex and sensitive cases.
