Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 16274)
Our client, a well-established law firm, is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy property department in Glasgow. The role will involve all aspects of residential conveyancing work including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
The ideal candidate will be at the newly qualified to 2 years’ PQE level and have traineeship experience in property law, particularly in residential conveyancing. You will be assisting fee earners in a busy conveyancing department with an established and growing client base.
This is a full-time position, offering great quality work within a supportive environment.
Residential Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 15997)
Our client is currently recruiting a Senior Residential Lawyer to join its busy Residential Property Team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of Residential Property from sales and purchases to transfers of titles and remortgages.
The team is open to level of candidate from senior associate level to those at partner level with a following. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property law, and previous supervisory/management experience is also preferred.

Residential Property Solicitor – North Lanarkshire (Assignment 16545)
We are delighted to have been exclusively instructed on this vacancy with a modern growing firm in North Lanarkshire. The firm is seeking an additional conveyancer who will be involved in all aspects of residential property matters, including sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, and title transfers.
Candidates with a minimum of 1-year PQE who can work with minimal supervision are encouraged to apply. NQs who have undertaken a focussed-property traineeship will also be considered.
You should be able to work efficiently to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage various aspects of property transactions. Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous, as the position involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients and property agents.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Aberdeen/Ellon (Assignment 15987)
Our client, a successful law firm which is one of the largest in Northeast Scotland, is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in Aberdeen.
The work will be engaging and will focus heavily on residential matters with a lot of direct client contact. The team is keen to speak with enthusiastic lawyers at the NQ-5 PQE level who have previous experience in this area. Early 2024 qualifiers are also encouraged to apply.

Property Solicitor – Ayr (Assignment 13101)
Our client currently has a role for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team in Ayr. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ pqe and previous property experience. Appointment of a suitably experienced candidate at Associate level will also be considered. To be considered for this role you should have experience of managing a wide range of property matters and have a successful proven track record of handling the full cycle of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion. Residential Property Partner – Edinburgh (Assignment 16505)
This reputable law firm is currently recruiting a Partner to lead its busy and growing Residential Property team in Edinburgh. This opportunity is ideal for candidates currently at Senior Associate or Partner level, with the potential for an entry-level Partnership for the right individual.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE level and have a strong background in law firm compliance, experience in a supervisory role mentoring junior staff, and extensive expertise in all aspects of residential property law. The focus of the role will be to ensure the smooth running of the property team, providing support where appropriate, rather than handling an individual caseload.
