Commercial Property Lawyer – Aberdeen/Inverness (Assignment 16628)

This well-established firm is currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding practice in either Aberdeen or Inverness. The team represents a wide range of clients across various sectors, including international energy companies, landowners involved in renewable energy projects, national housebuilders, developers, and property investors.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of PQE and experience in all aspects of commercial property matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, site acquisition and assembly for housebuilders, secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders, and handling renewable energy projects.

Real Estate Lawyer – Aberdeen (Assignment 16496)

This well-established Law Firm is currently seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join its growing Commercial Real Estate team in Aberdeen. The team handles a broad range of interesting cases across all aspects of property law.

While the role is primarily aimed at junior solicitors, candidates at all levels of PQE with a strong background in Commercial Property matters will be considered. You will be expected to manage a variety of real estate transactions and services for an established and expanding client base.

Real Estate Lawyer – Edinburgh (Assignment 16555)

We are currently working on a new real estate role with a prominent Law Firm who specialise in corporate transactions and provide complex commercial advice. Due to growth, the firm is expanding its Real Estate Team in Edinburgh.

The main purpose of the role is to provide professional legal advice on a range of commercial real estate matters, including development, investments, leasing, disputes, and working with the Corporate Team on M&A and private equity deals.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at all levels and newly qualified Lawyers will also be considered. The preference is for applicants to be dual-qualified (Scots & English Law), however the team will also accept applications from those who are only qualified in one jurisdiction, with a preference for English law. The firm also offers hybrid working options, with junior lawyers expected to be in the office more frequently.

Senior Real Estate Lawyer – Edinburgh/Hybrid (Assignment 16544)

This well-established Law Firm is currently recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding property team in Edinburgh. The purpose of the role is to provide legal advice to various clients, particularly public sector clients.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced lawyer with at least 4 years’ PQE level and able to negotiate contracts and advise on all aspects of the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of commercial properties across a broad range of sectors. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting, negotiating, concluding, and implementing contracts for the sale and lease of property assets.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and concluding leases and ancillary lease management documentation.
  • Supporting more junior team members in developing their technical knowledge and skills.

Experience working with or for clients within public sector is advantageous, but not essential. This is a full-time position offering competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Residential Property Partner – Edinburgh (Assignment 16505)

This reputable Law Firm is currently recruiting a Partner to lead its busy and growing Residential Property team in Edinburgh. This opportunity is ideal for candidates currently at Senior Associate or Partner level, with the potential for an entry-level Partnership for the right individual.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE level and have a strong background in law firm compliance, experience in a supervisory role mentoring junior staff, and extensive expertise in all aspects of residential property law. The focus of the role will be to ensure the smooth running of the property team, providing support where appropriate, rather than handling an individual caseload.

Senior Residential Development Lawyer – Edinburgh/Hybrid (Assignment 16638)

Our client, an international Law Firm, is currently recruiting Senior Residential Development Lawyers to join its team in Edinburgh, one of the largest residential teams in the country.

In this role, you will be part of a national team handling major residential development and investment projects, working on high-value contracts such as transfers, promotion agreements, and development funding. The team is particularly interested in candidates with 8+ years’ PQE, a strong background in residential property, and demonstrated skills in client management and leadership. Knowledge of the UK Living Sector is essential.

Senior Real Estate Associate – Glasgow (Assignment 16557)

This award-winning UK-based Law Firm is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join its busy property practice in Glasgow. The team advises a diverse client base on a broad range of property transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and expertise in all aspects of real estate matters, including investment and asset management. You will work closely with Partners, supporting them on complex and high-profile transactions and projects. As an experienced property solicitor, you are expected to work independently, with excellent analytical and organisational skills, as well as a strong commercial awareness of business developments.

This is a full-time role, however, the team would consider part-time, offering flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
