Partner, Commercial Property – Edinburgh (Assignment 15554)

We are delighted to have been instructed on this new Partner-level role with our client, a successful Scottish based law firm. The firm is currently seeking an experienced lawyer to join its highly regard Commercial Property team in Edinburgh at partnership level.

The team handle a wide variety of interesting commercial property matters including property finance, property investment, sales and purchases, leasing and property disputes; there may also be scope to be involved in the English property market.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful and friendly firm and would be suited to senior lawyers with at least 10 years PQE and who come from a strong commercial property background. There will also be opportunity to bring a following, however this is not essential.

Real Estate Legal Director/Partner – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 11535)

Our client is seeking a Real Estate partner to join its firm in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be at least 7 years’ PQE with experience in this area of the law. This role would suit someone interested in the opportunity to lead or develop a team.

The Property and Real Estate team advise private and public sectors on a whole spectrum of property issues, and support clients transacting through business overseas, providing worldwide coverage, whilst offering the benefits of local expertise. This firm offers a positive working environment, and the role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 16274)

Our client, a well-established law firm, is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy property department in Glasgow. The role will involve all aspects of residential conveyancing work including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.

The ideal candidate will be at the newly qualified to 2 years’ PQE level and have traineeship experience in property law, particularly in residential conveyancing. You will be assisting fee earners in a busy conveyancing department with an established and growing client base.

This is a full-time position, offering great quality work within a supportive environment.

Commercial Property – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 16172)

An exciting opportunity to join this highly regarded Scottish Commercial Property Team, with positions available in both its Glasgow and Edinburgh offices. The team advises clients across multiple sectors on their property requirements.

The role involves general commercial property work, including acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial leases, the purchase and sale of investment properties, and providing lease/portfolio management advice to clients.

The firm is open to candidates with at least 1 year PQE, who have experience in this area of the law and are focussed on delivering results for clients.

Residential Property – Milngavie/Giffnock (Assignment 15219)

This established law firm seeks a qualified Solicitor to join its busy office in either Giffnock or Milngavie.  The principal area of work for this role is Residential Property.  This is a full-time position, and it offers the opportunity to combine office-based working with work from home.

The ideal candidate will be at the 4+ years PQE level with prior experience of residential property law. Applicants that have a business following will be at an advantage.

Rural Land & Business – Edinburgh (Assignment 16431)

An exciting opportunity to join a reputable full-service law firm that provides a broad range of legal services, including private client, property law, commercial law, and family law.

The Rural, Land & Business team offers comprehensive legal advice to a wide range of clients on all aspects of rural property law. They are seeking an ambitious Solicitor to complement their current team.

The role involves providing legal services relating to all aspects of rural property, including:

  • Buying and selling rural properties such as farms, estates, and forests.
  • Advising on rural developments such as renewable energy projects, housing, telecoms, and diversification.
  • Handling agricultural leases, both contentious and non-contentious, including their creation, variation, and termination.
  • Preparing voluntary registration applications for large estates, including historic sites such as castles and lochs.

To be considered for this position, you should be at the NQ level or above, with relevant experience and the ability to build and maintain quality client relationships.

The role can be full-time or part-time, with hybrid working options available after an initial period of office-based work and includes an attractive benefits package.
