Our client, an independent Scottish Law Firm, is currently recruiting for an additional Lawyer to join its growing Real Estate Division in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role will involve working with blue-chip clients and developing skills to provide excellent legal services. Key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, negotiating, and finalising leases and lease documents for landlords and tenants.
• Handling property purchases and sale contracts, including due diligence and client reporting.
• Preparing and negotiating servitudes, wayleaves, and third-party land rights documents.
• Collaborating effectively with other Real Estate Division teams.
• Supporting team business development, events, and internal seminars.

The ideal candidate for this role will have between NQ-4 years’ PQE with relevant real estate experience.
