Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work across teams in Aberdeenshire. The team advise clients on sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, and title transfers, and assists clients with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

The successful candidate will represent clients in legal matters related to residential conveyancing and will take instructions to draft and finalise simple Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with clients and obtaining their instructions
  • Reviewing title deeds and reporting any issues to clients or lenders
  • Coordinating with third parties, including other solicitors and banks
  • Generating legal work and financial leads for other departments within the firm

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE experience in property and conveyancing, private client work, and conducting client meetings. Notary public qualifications are desirable.
