An exciting opportunity for a Rural Property Solicitor to join this forward-thinking Rural Land & Business team in Edinburgh. This full-service law firm known for delivering exceptional service, and its Rural Land & Business Team provides comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of rural property law.

This role involves providing high-quality legal services in rural property matters, including the buying, and selling of properties, advising on rural developments, agricultural holdings, crofts, and estate registration. It also includes conducting research on historical property matters, advising landowners on title and access issues, and assisting utility companies with statutory rights and asset acquisition.

Candidates will be considered from the NQ level up to 4 years’ PQE, with relevant experience. This role will initially be office-based, with the possibility of working one or two days from home after a training period.
