This well-established law firm based in Guernsey is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. This role will focus on all aspects of preparing and conducting court proceedings and handling disputes, including insolvency cases. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive advice on rights enforcement, legal document interpretation, and other matters related to potential or ongoing disputes.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-10 years’ PQE, be a qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials, and possess a solid foundation in commercial litigation or insolvency. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, drafting arguments and submissions, and representing the firm in interactions with courts, tribunals, and other parties. Key responsibilities also include maintaining current knowledge of relevant local and international laws, mentoring junior lawyers, and engaging in business development activities to support the Group’s growth.
