Our client, a leading law firm headquartered in Scotland, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial Disputes and Claims Team. Based in Edinburgh, with flexibility to work from Glasgow, the role involves managing a diverse caseload of defence cases, including liability claims and high-value personal injury disputes. The team represents clients across various sectors in both Scottish and English courts.

The role includes supervising junior colleagues, delivering high-quality legal advice, and contributing to client relationship management and business development. The successful candidate will balance a personal caseload with mentoring responsibilities, advocacy work, and proactive engagement in growing their practice and the team. Interested applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with extensive experience in personal injury and strong management skills.
