This multinational law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Conflicts Lawyer to join its expanding team in Glasgow. The team manages and resolves legal conflicts of interest, commercial conflicts, and client relationships within the applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ PQE with experience in commercial conflicts, risk management, and issue resolution within the firm. Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and advising on engagement terms related to conflicts and confidentiality.
  • Identifying commercial, risk, and reputational issues during client acceptance and conflict checking stages.
  • Managing ad hoc regulatory projects.
  • Acting as an intermediary between partners and senior stakeholders where necessary to resolve conflicts issues.

A prior role as a conflict lawyer at an international law firm is highly beneficial.
