Senior Associate/Partner, Corporate - Edinburgh

This dynamic law firm currently has a need for a Corporate Senior Associate or Partner to join its team in Edinburgh. This is a an exciting new senior position that would suit candidates with 7 years’ PQE up to partner level. Operating at a senior level, you will be managing your own clients and looking to progress your career.

Ideally, you will have a client following and a plan for building your client base. You will be involved in a range of work, including business development, incorporation and business services, company secretarial services, acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, and the protection, exploitation, and acquisition of intellectual property.
