Our client, a financial law firm, is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join its leading Corporate team based in Guernsey. The team offers specialised expertise in advising top financial institutions on corporate restructurings, private equity deals, joint ventures, and statutory mergers.

As a key member of this focused, partner-led team, the Senior Associate will be actively involved in managing a diverse range of corporate matters, focussing primarily on investment funds, regulatory issues, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, they will be expected to engage in business development activities.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, however, those with slightly less experience will be considered based on their relevant technical knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to interpret complex legal information to provide well-informed advice, along with strong organisational and communication skills, enabling effective interaction at all levels.
