Senior Associate, Real Estate – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 14614)

This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its leading global Real Estate Team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The team is renowned for delivering innovative legal solutions across industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will manage diverse domestic and international transactions for high-profile clients in infrastructure, retail, and government sectors. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on development, infrastructure, and investment transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents.
• Conducting due diligence and providing landlord/tenant leasing advice.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including construction and planning.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate transactions, particularly in development and investments. They should demonstrate strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and conducting due diligence. Knowledge of asset and portfolio management, especially in landlord/tenant leasing, is essential. A collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams is also required.

Senior Lawyers/Director/Partner – Glasgow (Assignment 15230)

The firm is going through a period of growth and is now seeking additional senior level lawyers to join its new team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with drive and ambition, looking to grow with the firm. Senior Associate/Partner, Dispute Resolution – Glasgow (Assignment 15650)

This award-winning Scottish law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Glasgow. The team provide litigation advice to a range of clients throughout Scotland.

To be considered for this role you should have at least 7 years’ PQE with a strong litigation background. You will be involved in all aspects of dispute resolution matters including insolvency, and commercial and property litigation. The firm is seeking someone with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes in legal matters with a passion for advancing team objectives.

Senior level opportunities – Glasgow (Assignment FW8599)

Our client, a Scottish full-service firm, is seeking a number of senior level lawyers to join its teams in Glasgow. Due to continued growth in the West Coast, the firm has Senior level to Partner lever opportunities across a range of practice areas.

Experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer – Glasgow (Assignment 11395)

We are currently working on this excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer at either senior associate or junior partner level in Glasgow. You should be an ambitious individual with the the hunger and desire to progress your career to the next level within a supportive firm.

The successful candidate will be an experienced all-rounder commercial litigator and will have gained experience advising on a range of disputes including property, financial services and commercial contracts. Ideally, you will also have the capability to handle bank/insolvency related work and an ability to lead a debt recovery team.

Corporate (Partner-level) – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 13051)

This market-leading corporate team, based across Edinburgh and Glasgow, is interested in hearing from candidates at junior partner level. This team works with clients domestically and internationally, including private and public companies.

Interested candidates should have at least 8 year’s PQE and extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, growth investments and spin-outs, private equity, investment funds, and joint ventures and partnerships.
