In-Houe Legal Counsel – Glasgow (16965)

– Support transactions and negotiate commercial contracts for UK and Ireland-based customers, focusing on hardware, services, and software deals.
– Advise on legal risks, dispute strategies, and collaborate on global initiatives.
– Requires at least 4 years’ PQE, with commercial awareness and experience in sales or software transactions preferred.

Tax & Succession – Glasgow (16917)

– Provide specialist advice on tax and succession planning, including wills, trusts, wealth planning, and asset protection.
– Manage complex estates for high-net-worth clients, families, business owners, and landowners.
– Scottish qualified with at least 7 years’ PQE preferred, but ambition and commitment to excellence are highly valued.

Corporate – Glasgow (16858)

– Engage in corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, shareholder disputes, joint ventures, and restructuring.
– Ideal for entrepreneurial candidates with confidence in client interactions.
– Requires a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate law.

Private Client – Aberdeen (16472)

– Manage private client matters, focusing on estate and succession planning, including business and farming interests.
– Offers support for pursuing the STEP qualification and provides flexibility, competitive salary, and benefits.
– Requires a minimum of 1-year PQE with experience in private client work.

Senior Lawyers/Director/Partner – Glasgow (15230)

– Opportunity to join a growing full-service UK law firm, with roles available from Senior Lawyer to Partner level.
– Positions across various practice areas, including Corporate, Real Estate, Employment, and more, with potential to specialise.
– Requires at least 8 years’ PQE, ideally with a client following and a focus on business development and marketing.
