Our client currently has an opening within its Workplace and Public Injury Team in Glasgow. The team is seeking an additional Lawyer to specialise in Personal Injury claims. Key tasks will include:

  • Conducting initial client consultations to assess the viability of potential cases.
  • Managing a case holding of personal injury (Workplace and Public Place Injury) loss matters.
  • Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to support clients claims.
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
  • Drafting legal documents.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.

The team is open to level of candidate between 1-6 years’ PQE and will also consider newly qualified lawyers. Interested applicants should have prior experience of representing pursuers in personal injury matters in the Sheriff Courts and All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court. The team is keen to hear from individuals who are ambitious, proactive and have a flexible approach.
