Exciting opportunity to join this award-winning Scottish law firm seeking an ambitious lawyer to join its Corporate team in Aberdeen. The team provides comprehensive legal services to businesses in Scotland and internationally, supporting owners, shareholders, investors, and management across various industries.

The successful candidate will have 1-4 years’ PQE of company law and corporate transactions with solid commercial and business awareness. You will manage a varied caseload of Corporate work, involving high client and team interaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Project management of transactions
  • Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
  • Handling client communications
  • Providing support with corporate secretarial tasks
