This leading law firm is currently recruiting a Team Leader to join its busy Volume Motor department in Edinburgh.

This position presents an opportunity to lead, supervise, and develop a team of case handlers managing low-value indemnity files (under £50k). The role involves case allocation, workload monitoring, and ensuring compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the successful candidate will retain a small caseload of litigated motor claims, handling Simple Procedure, Summary Cause, and Ordinary Cause claims in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will be Scottish qualified with at least 5 years’ PQE and litigation experience in road traffic accident (RTA) claims. A strong understanding of liability assessment and motor insurance indemnity principles is essential. Prior experience in team leadership, supervision, or mentoring within a legal setting is highly desirable.
