This multinational Law Firm is currently recruiting for a Technology/Commercial Lawyer to join its Group Commercial Legal Services team based in Aberdeen, Glasgow, or Edinburgh. The role sits within the firm’s General Counsel’s Office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide commercial contract support for the firm’s key strategic activities and projects.
  • Assist with the delivery of complex deals, helping design, develop, negotiate, and deliver client-facing agreements and commercial schedules.
  • Draft standard agreements and templates for new client-facing products, services, and solutions.
  • Support contracts with third-party partners, service providers, and legal firms, ensuring compliance with the firm’s global risk policies.

The team is keen to hear from more senior level candidates with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE, a solid understanding of Privacy and/or IP law, and significant experience in reviewing commercial client agreements.
