Every candidate registered with FWA is requested to complete a Candidate Questionnaire on successful placement, regardless of whether or not that placement was through FWA. The responses from candidates are analysed and collated to ensure that our service remains relevant and effective and that any problems or issues are dealt with immediately.

As someone who has spent the last 12 months or so exploring the NQ employment market I have came into contact with a number of different recruiters and agencies. FWA have been by far the best and most responsive of them all. As a recent NQ who was looking for a change in practice area my impression was that many recruiters and agencies failed to take onboard what I wanted from my next job.
