🗣️ Time to Talk Day – 6 February 2025 🗣️

Feb 2025

Mental health is just as important as career success, especially in the demanding legal sector. Time to Talk Day is an opportunity for professionals to come together, have open conversations, and break the stigma around mental health.

Whether it’s a check-in with a colleague, a firm-wide discussion, or simply taking a moment to listen, every conversation makes a difference.

Let’s foster a workplace culture where talking about mental health is encouraged and supported. Because the more we talk, the more we can support one another.

FWA is engaging with the See Me Programme, a Scottish initiative aimed at ending mental health stigma and discrimination. With a vision of eliminating stigma, See Me seeks to foster a culture of understanding and acceptance for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
